SRI DEEPAK KOTHARI, CHAIRMAN & MANAGING DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
Sri Deepak Kothari being one of the Promoters of the Company, holding 55.55% equity stake in the Company, has done M.A. in English and he is associated with the Company since its incorporation. He is holding the post of Chairman & Managing Director of the Company Since 30th January, 2010. He has vast experience in the area of manufacturing & marketing and is responsible for overall management of the affairs of the Company. He was instrumental in launching Pan Parag Pan Masala in Pouches in the year 1985. He contributed substantially in setting up fully mechanized system for manufacturing of Pan Masala and allied products.He also played a key role in automation and modernization of the works. He was honored with “Vikas Ratna Puraskar” and “Gaurav Ratna Puraskar” in the year 1992.

Sri Deepak Gambhirdas Gandhi, an Independent Director of the Company is associated with the Company since January, 2023 and he is having experience of more than 30 years in the field of Sales & Marketing.

SMT. POONAM ACHARYA, WOMAN DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
Smt. Poonam Acharya, a Director of the Company is associated with the Company since September, 2015. She has done M.Com. & B.Ed. and has long experience in the field of teaching and general business.

SRI PRADEEP KUMAR, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
Sri Pradeep Kumar, an Independent Director of the Company is associated with the Company Since August, 2024. He has done M.A. & LLB and he is having good experience in the field of Taxation & Arbitration.

SRI JAYANT CHATURVEDI, INDEPENDENT DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY
Sri Jayant Chaturvedi, an Independent Director of the Company is associated with the Company Since August, 2024. He has done B.Com (Hons) and is having good experience in the field of Finance & Marketing.
